My name is Pati Harris, and I created Plot Twist Counseling to meet the unique circumstances of midlife women.
This might be the first time in your life that you are not primarily defined by your role as someone's daughter, sister, partner, wife &/or mother. You might also be challenged by the realities of aging such as menopause, your own health changes and/those of or your partner, caring for elderly parents. You may be experiencing changes in your career path.
Maybe this is the first time you've had a moment to reflect on all the things you've been through - and realize, maybe I need some help sorting through this. All these life transitions may be showing up as increased anxiety, depression &/or recollections of past traumas.
My intention as a counselor is to help you discover the meaning of what's already happened in your life story, how you navigated the plot twists that came up, and then to help you intentionally create new chapters.

Directions from Superior, CO
Take US-36 east towards Denver.
Take the CO-121/Wadsworth Parkway exit towards US-287/CO-128.
In .5 mile, turn right onto W. Midway Blvd.
In .1 mile at the stoplight, turn left on Garden Center.
You will see 80 Garden Center just off to your left. Look for the B Building (the low rise part of the building). Parking is available directly in front of the building.
Enter through the B Entrance.
